Sample Reports

TAMS uses a sophisticated reporting engine which goes beyond the traditional capabilities of other documents and spreadsheets. TAMS Reports are "layered" which present to users high-level summary data and then allow the users to "Drill-down" into sub-reports which provide additional details. A navigation bar clearly shows users the hierarchical layout of each report and provides for immediate navigation to a section of the document. TAMS Reports can also be exported to a wide range of formats including:

	Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf),
	Microsoft Excel (.xls),
	Microsoft Word (.doc),
	Rich Text Format (.rtf),
	TAMS Report Format (.rpt)

TAMS reports which are exported to Crystal Report format can be opened, navigated, printed and exported with the "TAMS Report Viewer" program. The TAMS Report Viewer program is a stand-alone application which can be downloaded and installed independently of the TAMS application and database. This is an excellent way to deliver electronic documentation (including Invoices) to clients or to share reports with other TAMS Users. With the "TAMS Report Viewer", users can open, navigate, Drill-down on sub-reports, search, print and export the reports on their own.

The installation of TAMS Report Viewer includes samples of all reports which can currently be generated from TAMS. The TAMS reports fall into the following categories:

TAMS Report Viewer License Agreement

Software is defined as the TAMS Report Viewer computer program with which this Software License Agreement is included and any updates or maintenance releases thereto. The use of any services or content accessible through the Software may be subject to your acceptance of separate agreements with Telecom Software Solutions, LLC or third parties. This Agreement applies to all Versions of the Software. Do not use the Software until you have carefully read the following Agreement. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for licensing of the Software from Telecom Software Solutions, LLC to you, and installing and using the Software indicates that you have read and understand this Agreement and accept its terms and conditions.

License and Certain Restrictions

If you are licensed to use TAMS Software Version 2.3 or greater from Telecom Software Solutions, LLC, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license of TAMS Report Viewer to: (i) use copies of the Software on all computers used by individuals of your organization who are owners, employees or contractors; (ii) make additional copies of any printed materials accompanying the Software if any, and/or print any online user documentation located in the Software; and (iii) distribute copies of the Software to your customers for the sole purpose of allowing them to access report files saved from the TAMS Version 2.3 or greater Software.

General

The Software in its entirety is protected by the copyright laws. The Software also contains Telecom Software Solutions, LLC trade secrets, and you may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Software to human-perceivable form or disable any functionality which limits the use of the Software. You may not modify, adapt, translate, rent or sublicense, assign, loan, or resell for profit the Software, disk(s), or related materials or create derivative works based upon the Software or any part thereof.

Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by Telecom Software Solutions, LLC immediately and without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon such termination, you must immediately destroy all complete and partial copies of the Software, including all backup copies. From time to time, Telecom Software Solutions, LLC may change the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Telecom Software Solutions, LLC will notify you of any such change. Your continued use of this Software will indicate your agreement to the change.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, THIS SOFTWARE AND ANY RELATED SERVICES OR CONTENT ACCESSIBLE THROUGH THE SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS," AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TELECOM SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THIS SOFTWARE, DISKS, RELATED MATERIALS AND ANY SUCH SERVICES OR CONTENT, INCLUDING THEIR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, THEIR QUALITY, THEIR MERCHANTABILITY, OR THEIR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TELECOM SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE OR ANY RELATED SERVICES OR CONTENT IS FREE FROM BUGS, VIRUSES, ERRORS, OR OTHER PROGRAM LIMITATIONS. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN THAT EVENT, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO SIXTY (60) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OF THE SOFTWARE. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DAMAGES THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF TELECOM SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, LLC AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES (AS DEFINED BELOW) FOR ANY REASON SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SOFTWARE AND RELATED SERVICES OR CONTENT PURCHASED FROM TELECOM SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, LLC, ITS AUTHORIZED RESELLER OR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TELECOM SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, LLC AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, PARTICIPATING FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR SERVICE PROVIDERS, DISTRIBUTORS, DEALERS OR SUPPLIERS ("REPRESENTATIVES") ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS OR INVESTMENT, OR THE LIKE), WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF TELECOM SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, LLC OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION AND/OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THE LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN TELECOM SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, LLC AND YOU. TELECOM SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, LLC WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE PROVIDED THIS SOFTWARE OR SERVICES WITHOUT SUCH LIMITATIONS.

Export Restrictions

You acknowledge and agree that the Software is subject to restrictions and controls imposed by the Export Administration Act and the Export Administration Regulations ("the Acts"). You agree and certify that neither the Software nor any direct product thereof is being or will be acquired, shipped, transferred or exported, directly or indirectly outside the United States or Canada or will be used for any purpose prohibited by the Acts; provided, however, U.S. citizens and U.S. permanent resident aliens may travel to countries not prohibited by the Acts with the Software when it is installed on their personal computer and not otherwise used or transferred in violation of the Acts.

General Provisions

This Agreement sets forth Telecom Software Solutions, LLC's and its Representatives' entire liability and your exclusive remedy with respect to the Software. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a complete statement of the agreement between you and Telecom Software Solutions, LLC with respect to the Software, and that there are no other prior or contemporaneous understandings, promises, representations, or descriptions with respect to the Software.

This Agreement shall govern any services or content related to the Software, unless such services or content are subject to a separate written agreement between you and Telecom Software Solutions, LLC or its Representatives. However, the limitations of liability and disclaimer of warranties in this Agreement shall apply to Telecom Software Solutions, LLC and its Representatives with respect to such content or services except to the extent provided otherwise in a separate written agreement approved by Telecom Software Solutions, LLC between you and Telecom Software Solutions, LLC or the applicable Representative(s).

This Agreement does not limit any rights that Telecom Software Solutions, LLC may have under trade secret, copyright, patent, or other laws. The Representatives of Telecom Software Solutions, LLC are not authorized to make modifications to this Agreement, or to make any additional representations, commitments, or warranties binding on Telecom Software Solutions, LLC, other than in writing signed by an officer of Telecom Software Solutions, LLC. Accordingly, such additional statements are not binding on Telecom Software Solutions, LLC and you should not rely upon such statements. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, then it is, to that extent, deemed omitted and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The validity and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by Pennsylvania law (without reference to choice of law principles), except as to copyright and trademark matters, which are covered by federal laws. This Agreement is deemed entered into at Export, Pennsylvania, and shall be construed as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against either party.

Installation Package

To begin the Installation process:

1. Double-click on the downloaded TAMSReportViewer.exe file to unzip the contents.

2. Select an easily accessible location on your hard drive to unzip the files to and click “Unzip”

3. Close the WinZip Self-Extractor dialog.

4. Double-click on the “Setup.exe” file and follow the Installation Instructions to complete the install.
